At Melbees Ink, we take pride in providing high-quality DTF printing, screen printing, large format printing, embroidery, and custom apparel. Since all our products are custom-made, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please review our policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Because each order is uniquely customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the order due to our mistake.
We will gladly replace or correct an order if:
β The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
β The design, size, or color is different from what was approved.
β There is a printing error caused by us.
How to Request a Replacement
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order moves into production and cannot be canceled.

Refunds: Since all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds unless the error is on our part. If eligible, a replacement or store credit will be issued instead.
3. Shipping Issues
Melbees Ink is not responsible for:
π Delays caused by shipping carriers.
π¦ Lost or stolen packages after delivery.
π Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
