2. Orders & Payments

✔ Order Processing: All orders are custom-made and processed upon payment confirmation.
✔ Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and business checks.
✔ Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

3. Production & Shipping

✔ Turnaround Time: Production times vary based on order size and type. Standard processing times are:

  • DTF & Custom Apparel: 2-5 business days

  • Screen Printing & Embroidery: 5-10 business days

  • Banners & Stickers: 3-7 business days
    ✔ Shipping: We ship across the U.S. using reliable carriers. Shipping fees apply based on the order size and destination.
    ✔ Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

4. Returns & Refunds

✔ Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
✔ Defective or Incorrect Orders: If we make an error in your order, we will replace or correct the issue at no additional cost.
✔ Refunds: We only offer refunds if an order cannot be completed due to our fault. Otherwise, we provide replacements or store credit.

✔ We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
✔ We are not liable for mistakes in printing due to low-quality artwork provided by the customer.

✔ We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except for shipping and payment processing purposes.
